Purposes of processing:
The data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes: Supply of Jewellery products from Quadri Gioielli Srl, Consulting in customers acquisition, and purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the creation of relations with the customers (for example, acquisition of information prior to the conclusion of a contract, implementation of operations based on the obligations of the contract concluded, etc.).

Storage Times
The data you provide will be kept for the necessary time and, unless otherwise required by law, can be stored for a maximum of 3 years after the last visit to the website or the last order processed..

Existence of an automated decision-making process
There is no automated decision-making process. The data provided by you will not be used for digital and automated profiling.

Transfer of data to Non-EU countries
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a Non-EU country or an international organization

Data processing of Minors
Data of individuals under 18-years of age is not collected and processed.

Methods of the processing:
The data will be processed, in compliance with the security and confidentiality necessary, with the following methods: collection of the data from the data subject, collected and registered for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in additional processing operations which are compatible with those purposes. The data will be processed mainly with electronic and computer instruments and stored both on computer supports and on paper supports and any other type of suitable medium, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 regarding adequate security measures.

Obligatory or optional nature of the providing of the data and consequences of a possible failure to respond:
The providing of data is obligatory since we only request the data essential for the formalization of quotes, offers, sales agreements and contracts. Refusal, even partial, to provide this data could lead to the failed or partial implementation of the agreement and/or contract.

Disclosure of the data to third parties:
Our employees, as data controllers or processors, may learn of the data in question. We also wish to inform you that the data referable to you may therefore be disclosed for the related processing (always in compliance with the aforementioned security and confidentiality measures) to:
responsible public organizations (social security agencies, Ministry of Finance, etc.), accredited organizations;
Professional firms (accountant and labour consultant)

How the data subject can exercise his/her rights

Pursuant to Articles 13, paragraph 2, letters b) and d), 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the Regulation, we wish to inform the data subject that:
a) he/she has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the personal data, their correction or cancellation or the limitation of the processing that concern him/her or to object to their processing, in the anticipated cases;
b) he/she has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, following the procedures and the instructions published on the official website of the Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it;
c) any corrections, cancellation or limitations of the processing carried out at the request of the data subject -unless this turns out to be impossible or entails a disproportionate effort- will be communicated by the Data Controller to all the recipients to who the personal data has been sent. The Data Controller may inform the data subject of those recipients, should the subject request it.
